It’s time to tidy up Mineola! The City of Mineola will be hosting Fall Clean Up Day on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (or until the dumpster is full) at the Public Works Department (1824 N Pacific St.).
👉 Open to Mineola residents only – please bring your current water bill and driver’s license.
❌ Not accepted: tires, batteries, paint, refrigerants, petroleum products, or shingles.

🌿 Volunteer with the City of Mineola! 🌿
Have you ever thought about giving back to your community? We currently have an opening on the Parks & Open Spaces Advisory Board and would love for you to consider serving!
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, willing to assist with events and fundraising, and a great team player. Applicants must live within the Mineola Independent School District.
Board members are voted on by the City Council and serve a two-year term. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your ideas, help shape our parks and nature spaces, and make a lasting impact on Mineola.

• August 12th - The City will host two Public Input Meetings from 12 PM-1 PM and 5 PM-6 PM.
• August 13th - A pop-up booth will be set up at different times in various locations across the City.
• August-September - An online survey will be live in early August. Please take 6-8 mins to fill out your response.
• On-going - A live project website will be updated with new research, results, and recommendations as the plan develops.

The City of Mineola and the Mineola Chamber of Commerce are excited to announce our upcoming golf tournament, Scramble in the Pines, taking place on Friday, October 17th!
Sponsorships and team sign-ups are OPEN NOW!
This tournament will consist of 11 six-man teams with an entry fee of $400 per team. Team entry includes lunch and an event t-shirt. Prizes will be awarded for 1st-3rd place teams.
